• To be eligible, the product or service must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition (if applicable).

• Refunds will not be granted after 15 days unless required by law.
   

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

• Once your request is received, we will notify you within five business days regarding approval or rejection.
   

3. Refund Type

• Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

• Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–6 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
